658-meter ultra-high-head vertical shaft dedicated gantry crane
To address the challenges of material hoisting in ultra-deep shafts, Weihua pioneered a multi-layered wire rope winding anti-tangle and precision control technology. It established a 5G+Digital Twin-based deep shaft multi-dimensional information sensing and intelligent collaborative control platform, achieving "visibility, measurability, and controllability" throughout the lifting process. Additionally, it integrates a multi-redundant electromechanical-hydraulic safety protection system to ensure inherent safety in both manned and cargo transport modes.
500-ton four-girder six-track metallurgical casting crane
The product features an ALM active rectification and feedback system along with CMS intelligent monitoring. Its four-beam six-track layout, combined with a linear main reducer structure, ensures smooth and highly reliable operation. The multi-mechanism redundancy design meets the safety requirements for lifting loads under high-temperature, heavy-load, and continuous production conditions.
Aluminum Electrolysis Multi-functional Unit
The aluminum electrolysis multi-function unit integrates core processes such as shell breaking, anode replacement, slag removal, feeding, aluminum extraction, and lifting into a single system, serving as a key piece of equipment for large-scale pre-baked anode aluminum electrolysis production lines. The unit is equipped with large aluminum electrolytic cells, an intelligent operation and maintenance system, and a grating isolation system, enabling intelligent control and stable, efficient operation.
Intelligent stacker crane
The intelligent stacking crane is specially customized for long and heavy materials such as pipes, bars, and profiles. It adopts a dedicated feeding mechanism to prevent collision and sliding, realizing unmanned operation throughout the entire process of inbound and outbound. It has precise positioning and reliable operation, and can be connected to WMS/WCS systems. It is a key equipment for upgrading smart warehousing in the profile industry.

Xianghai Tuqiang: Port machinery and specialized equipment hard core out of the circle
In response to the rapid growth of port business and the demand for "smart port, green port" construction, Weihua will fully integrate mature millimeter level anti sway, high-precision automatic positioning, 5G+digital twin, visual intelligent recognition and other key technologies into its self-developed AICrane intelligent control system, promoting the advancement of loading and unloading equipment from "unmanned" to "adaptive and self decision-making", and making green intelligent loading and unloading a replicable new normal for ports.
Gantry crane
The design, manufacturing, and inspection of gantry cranes are fully benchmarked against international standards, with full digital AC frequency conversion and PLC precise speed regulation. The amplitude and horizontal drop are small, and the operation is smooth and efficient. It is widely used in ports, docks, and large storage yards.
Railway container gantry crane
This product covers ISO and non-standard container lifting from 20 to 45 feet, providing models such as up/down rotation, side tilting, and end tilting. It supports multiple operation modes from fully automatic to the driver's cab, integrating multiple anti sway measures such as torque, damping, and electronics. The entire machine adopts full digital frequency conversion energy feedback and CMS intelligent monitoring, achieving efficient, stable, and energy-saving operations at railway stations.
Bidirectional gantry crane
Bidirectional gantry crane with full vehicle frequency conversion control, hydraulic automatic beam grabbing with video monitoring, expanding the operating range of the slewing crane, dual lifting points can operate synchronously or independently, widely used in large hydropower stations, shipping hubs, pumped storage and other projects.
Bridge type grab bucket unloader
Bridge type grab bucket unloader: A "big mouth" can handle large ships ranging from 3000 tons to 250000 tons, with a production capacity spanning 400-3000 t/h. It can handle sand and gravel, coal, grain, and cement in one machine, and can also be matched with overall solutions for bulk material transportation.
