On May 12, Feng Fei, Secretary of the Hainan Provincial Committee, led a delegation to inspect the Hainan WeiHua Low-Carbon Intelligent Industrial Park. Deputy Governor Yang Guoqiang and Ma Yuhong, Secretary of the Ledong County Party Committee, accompanied the inspection. Han Hong'an, Chairman of WeiHua Group, Wang Haiyan, President, and Li Ruixing, Vice President, received the inspection team.

Han Hong'an provided Feng Fei with a detailed report on the development history, industrial layout, and strategic plans of Wei Hua Group against the backdrop of Hainan's Free Trade Port construction.

He stated that Weihua Group seized the significant strategic opportunity of Hainan Free Trade Port construction, planning and establishing the Hainan headquarters base in Ledong. The group has developed business sectors such as a global R&D headquarters, a global operations and maintenance service headquarters, and an overseas remanufacturing base. Leveraging Jiangsu Weihua's strengths in marine engineering equipment and deep-sea aquaculture equipment like offshore aquaculture gear, the group has laid out projects for smart offshore marine ranches. It aims to build an international operational hub oriented toward Southeast Asia, radiating to the Belt and Road and connecting with the global market. Using this as a fulcrum, the group seeks to deeply integrate into the development framework of Hainan Free Trade Port, accelerate its globalization pace, and strive to create a prominent global brand for China's high-end equipment manufacturing.

Feng Fei highly commended Wei Hua Group for its strategic vision in seizing the development opportunities of the Hainan Free Trade Port with concrete actions. He emphasized leveraging the advantages of Hainan's Free Trade Port open policies to expand export business, deepen after-sales services, actively strengthen and extend industrial chains, and improve quality and efficiency. He encouraged Wei Hua to fully play its leading role, accelerate the establishment and operation of industrial parks, and contribute more dynamic efforts to building Hainan into a world-class Free Trade Port with Chinese characteristics. The Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Government will continue to optimize the business environment across the region and make every effort to support the high-quality development of private enterprises in Hainan.
