On April 18, a research team from the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce arrived in Xinxiang City to conduct "one enterprise, one policy" research and service. As the pilot enterprise for this survey, Weihua Group hosted a meeting where Wang Shouwen, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, engaged in discussions with Han Hong'an, the group's chairman.
On the morning of April 19, a research team of experts from the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce visited Weihua Group to conduct pilot research on the "one enterprise, one policy" initiative for establishing and improving a modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics in key private enterprises. Li Li, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Henan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Sun Tongjun, Director of the Economic Liaison Department of the Henan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Xiong Wenjian, Vice Chairman of the Xinxiang Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, accompanied the research team. Wang Haiyan, President of Weihua Group, received the research team and attended the symposium.

The expert panel conducted a comprehensive review of Wei Hua's fundamentals in party-building leadership, ownership structure, technological innovation, social responsibility, and corporate culture through methods such as visiting the exhibition hall, holding discussions, and conducting one-on-one interviews. They provided professional advice and recommendations to guide the company toward high-quality development.

At the symposium, the expert group members shared their insights and experiences from previous research trips to various enterprises. They noted that the "Guidance for the Establishment and Improvement of a Modern Enterprise System with Chinese Characteristics (Trial Version) for Executive Committee Enterprises of the Federation of Industry and Commerce" serves as an excellent model and exemplary implementation for enterprises to refine their modern systems. They expressed hope that this in-depth research would provide targeted professional guidance for Weihua's subsequent governance upgrades.
Wang Haiyan pointed out that the "one enterprise, one policy" approach helps Weihua identify issues and develop tailored solutions through in-depth research and customized strategies, enabling the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics to be genuinely internalized as governance efficacy within the enterprise. This not only enhances the company's risk resilience and competitiveness but also explores replicable and scalable experience for the healthy development of the private economy as a whole.
As a member of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce's executive committee, Weihua will take this "one enterprise, one policy" pilot initiative as an opportunity to actively cooperate with research and service efforts, thoroughly implement the requirements of the "Guidelines for Establishing and Improving a Modern Enterprise System with Chinese Characteristics for Executive Committee Enterprises (Trial)," and continue to make progress in institutional innovation, governance optimization, and compliant operations, striving to create a "Weihua Model" for a modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics.
