On the morning of March 19, the second membership congress of the Changyuan City Emerging Field Party Workers Association was held at the Weihua Intelligent Industrial Park, with representatives from over 40 unit and individual members in the city's emerging fields attending the meeting.

Yu Hong stated that the Party Workers Association in Emerging Sectors of Changyuan City will actively integrate resources and share experiences, continuously deepen the "dual coverage," strengthen "red strongholds," and enhance organizational cohesion; build an "empowerment platform" to boost team combat effectiveness and invigorate Party building efforts; smooth the "service bridge" to expand social influence, fully demonstrate the social responsibility and commitment of Party organizations in emerging sectors, and make the Party's role as a combat stronghold in these sectors more robust. By leveraging Party building to propel emerging sectors into new engines of economic growth and new bonds of social harmony, the initiative aims to effectively "encase the mobile groups" with a "steadfast organization" and drive the transition of Party building in emerging sectors from "tangible coverage" to "effective empowerment.".

Deployment Association's Key Work and Activity Plan for 2026
Liu Yanhong outlined the key tasks and activity plans for 2026 around six aspects: strengthening the "red stronghold," implementing empowerment training, building a robust backbone team, deepening observation and exchange, creating a Party-building brand, and upholding social responsibility. Through comprehensive and systematic planning, the implementation of annual tasks will be ensured to be effective and orderly.

On behalf of the business supervisory unit, Chen Lei expressed four expectations for the association and all its members: First, to strengthen ideological foundations and strive to be the "helmsman" guiding political direction; second, to focus on capability enhancement and strive to be the "cultivator" of team building; third, to deepen integration and empowerment, striving to be the "main force" in service development; and fourth, to uphold integrity with innovation, striving to be the "pragmatist" in Party-building exploration. The Social Work Department will continue to work hand in hand with the association and Party affairs practitioners, persistently improving the quality of Party-building efforts in emerging fields and making new and greater contributions to promoting the high-quality development of the city's economy and society.
The meeting reviewed and approved the "Draft Standard for Membership Fees of the Changyuan City Emerging Field Party Workers Association" and the "Draft Measures for the Collection, Use, and Management of Membership Fees of the Changyuan City Emerging Field Party Workers Association," and adopted the membership fee standards.
