To strengthen Party building leadership, draw on the power of struggle, and unite development forces, the Party Committee of Weihua Group meticulously organized the special training session titled "The First Lesson of Weihua Party School in the New Year" on February 26. This training was conducted both online and offline, with over a thousand participants from Weihua Group and its subsidiaries actively engaging, jointly embarking on a new journey of struggle for the coming year.

Yu Hong, on behalf of the Party Committee of the group, expressed warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to the invited guest, Professor Cai Chaodong. She stated that this "First Lesson of the New Year" is not only the inaugural conference of the lunar New Year but also a thematic educational session aimed at boosting morale, inspiring sentiments, unifying thoughts, and clarifying objectives.

Yu Hong emphasized that all Weihua employees should be filled with gratitude, drawing strength from the lofty faith of revolutionary pioneers. Guided by the five-year development plan outlined by Group Chairman Han Hong'an, they must uphold their convictions, ignite their fighting spirit, and actively innovate and fulfill their duties in their respective roles. Together, they will forge a mighty force to advance the "three-phase entrepreneurship" and the new journey of the 15th Five-Year Plan, injecting endless momentum into Weihua's sustained, high-quality development.

This training session specially invited renowned national speaker and exemplary military transfer cadre Cai Chaodong to deliver an on-site lecture. With the theme of "Faith and Responsibility," Teacher Cai vividly recounted the moving stories of revolutionary predecessors who steadfastly upheld their beliefs and demonstrated courage in times of adversity, drawing from personal experiences and employing compelling narratives and resonant language.

He profoundly expounded the contemporary connotations of ideals, beliefs, and responsibilities, guiding the trainees to further strengthen their sense of identification and mission toward the revolutionary spirit. Professor Cai's lecture was both insightful and deeply moving, profoundly inspiring the trainees and helping them better understand the spiritual essence of "having ideals in one's heart gives life direction.".

After the training, the participants responded enthusiastically. Everyone expressed that through learning the theme of "Belief and Responsibility," they were further strengthened in their resolve to inherit the red gene and uphold their ideals.
