Xie Baohua highly commended the achievements in safety work for 2025 and put forward six requirements for 2026: First, improve the responsibility system by clarifying the duties of the primary responsible persons at all levels; second, establish a "trinity" prevention network to enhance the safety awareness of all personnel; third, strengthen on-site management and strictly prevent the tendency of prioritizing production over safety; fourth, promote collective governance by all personnel, refine responsibility zones, and implement the "responsibility to individuals" mechanism; fifth, advance the normalization of risk prevention and control to ensure the dynamic elimination of hazards; sixth, innovate training methods to facilitate the transition from passive indoctrination to proactive prevention.

Xie Baohua stressed that safety is the bottom line and red line for enterprise development. All employees should take this meeting as an opportunity to strengthen the safety defense with higher standards and stricter requirements, providing solid support for the high-quality development of Henan Weihua.

Disseminate the Safety Management Plan

Henan Weihua Director Dai Yanyun provides an in-depth analysis of the "2026 Safety Objective Responsibility Letter Assessment Plan," the "Safety Management Implementation Plan for 'Startled' Incidents," and the "100-Day Zero Accident Incentive Scheme," clarifying assessment benchmarks, risk prevention pathways, and positive incentive rules to delineate "red lines" and "guidance" for safety management.

The heads of all departments and teams, including production, equipment, warehousing, and administration, signed the 2026 safety target responsibility agreement on-site, using "contractual management" to advance safety responsibilities from "paper" to "ground," thereby establishing a "clearly hierarchical and equally responsible" safety responsibility network.

This meeting serves as both a "review and commendation session" for the 2025 safety efforts and a "mobilization and deployment session" for the 2026 safety campaign. Through incentive rewards, system iterations, and high-level leadership, Henan WeiHua has further consolidated the consensus of "safety first," injecting strong momentum into the new year's production safety for 2026 and supporting WeiHua's steady progress on the track of high-quality development.
