On November 18th, the award ceremony for the first Employees' Vocational Skills Competition, jointly organized by the Changyuan Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and five other departments including the Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Center, concluded successfully at Weihua Intelligent Industrial Park.
This competition, themed "Craftsmanship Builds Dreams, Skills Shape the Future," focuses on five key industries: equipment manufacturing, power, healthcare, public security, and e-commerce, with a total of 16 competition events. As the core organizer, Henan Weihua leveraged its leading position in the industry to create a professional competition platform for three critical equipment manufacturing events—welders, crane operators, and forklift drivers—bringing together 150 skilled elites from various enterprises across the city to compete.

In this competition, the Henan Weihua team stood out exceptionally, not only sweeping the top three positions in both equipment manufacturing events but also leading the industry tier with 38 award-winning participants. Among them, Tao Yongfang and Feng Qingjie from Henan Weihua won the first prize in the crane operator and welder events respectively.
Meanwhile, Henan Wei Hua was honored with the "Outstanding Organization Award" for its exceptional organizational capabilities and high-level event execution, achieving a double success of "exceptional event hosting and outstanding competition performance.".
