Equip each painting team with advanced process measurement instruments such as temperature and humidity meters, dew point meters, and wet film thickness gauges to monitor key parameters in real-time during the painting process, ensuring that the painting process is carried out within the standard range and effectively ensuring the quality of painting; Strictly monitor the production process, conduct weekly spot checks to verify various process parameters of the product coating process, and ensure that the process meets the requirements

Since the launch of the "Painting Revolution", Henan Weihua has established six painting detail control points, including wheel boxes, accessories, and labeling.
