Just a few decades ago, faced with an urgent order for six aluminum special cranes with special and complex structures exported to Southeast Asia, Henan Weihua sounded the horn of attack. Design, procurement, production, packaging, shipping... all departments are like a precision machine, running at high speed and tightly interlocked.

Looking back to the end of March, Henan Weihua suddenly received an urgent task: within two months, they had to complete six aluminum production cranes for ultra large capacity electrolytic aluminum production tanks. The crane had a complex structure and was an unprecedented special crane. Faced with the special task of tight time and heavy workload, Weihua people did not back down. The heavy responsibility first lies with the design department. Experienced bridge crane designers Xie Junqiang and Zhao Zongshang stepped forward. They have a deep understanding of customer needs, and through multiple rounds of technological breakthroughs, boldly innovate: adopting a double beam double car structure and cleverly integrating high-precision weighing sensors to ensure precise control of every gram of aluminum liquid; High precision horizontal guide wheels are added to both large and small vehicles to effectively control driving deviation and ensure stable operation of equipment in harsh environments. As soon as the plan was proposed, it immediately won the approval and trust of the client.

The complex structure and strict precision requirements pose significant challenges to production. The production department will decompose tasks into 7 elite teams. Entering May, the battle has entered a white hot phase! In order to meet the deadline, the team has implemented a two shift system of "people resting and machines not resting". Project manager Ni Junyu travels between teams every day to coordinate progress, promote production, and solve problems. The average daily steps are over 15000, and more than 200 phone calls can be made every day.

The entire factory is like a perpetual motion machine, roaring day and night. Each department is racing against time in a 'countdown' race. Faced with emergency components, workers even forgot their meal times. In front of the control desk, their hands were soaked in oil stains, and the backs of their work clothes were covered in white salt frost due to sweat. But he kept gritting his teeth and pushing the countdown sign for 'early completion' forward!

The packaging process is also full of challenges. Customers have almost strict requirements for component protection: end beams and carts not only need to be wrapped in tight rainproof cloth, but also need to be equipped with sturdy special iron frames on the outer layer; All electrical components must be packed in wooden boxes, and iron frames must be placed outside the wooden boxes. In order to save time, the warehouse department broke the norm and innovatively adopted the strategy of "producing while packaging", racing against time to pave the way for loading and shipping.

On May 24th, the last small car and electrical components finally went offline, entering the critical moment of pre loading packaging. Four loading and unloading workers worked tirelessly from 4pm until 2am. Dispatcher Ge Zhaojia was on site throughout the entire process, meticulously checking every piece of equipment and document information. In the late night, he worked hard and accurately produced 27 sets of shipping marks for the goods.

On May 25th, 9 trucks arrived as scheduled. At the loading site, the air seemed to freeze, and the time was measured in minutes. The loading and unloading masters raced against time, either crouching or crouching beside the huge frame boxes.
