The following are excerpts from the speeches of award-winning contestants Yue Wenhui, Wang Lei, and Ni Junyu.

Each generation has its own mission and responsibility.

The company I work for, Weihua Group, is the largest industrial crane manufacturing enterprise in China and the second largest in the world. From the founder Mr. Han Xianbao leading six migrant workers to start their entrepreneurial journey in a handicraft workshop on less than three acres of land in 1988, to now the four major production bases and seven smart factories in China have been put into operation one after another.

The thriving entrepreneurial history of Weihua is a heart wrenching struggle.

In the face of the development of new quality productivity, Chairman Han Hong'an once again proposed to sound the horn of "three entrepreneurship", leading Weihua to break through the rapids and dangers in the market environment of undercurrents, standing at the forefront of the tide, and becoming a spiritual beacon for all Weihua people.

Chairman Li Guoqiang took the initiative to break through and explore overseas markets, allowing the Weihua brand to flourish in every corner of the world. Countless Weihua people are putting their efforts into practice, leading the way, and becoming the 'most beautiful strugglers'.

Know how to bear heavy burdens, be practical and diligent. Weihua people have created the "Weihua speed" of producing one double beam crane offline in one hour with a sense of urgency that they cannot afford to wait, a sense of crisis that they cannot afford to slow down, and a sense of responsibility that they cannot sit still.

Standing on this stage today, I want to introduce myself as a struggler.

The purpose of my participation is to let everyone understand how Weihua practices the business philosophy of "hard work pays off".

Many years ago, the standardization department where I worked was disbanded due to the company's development needs, leaving only myself in the original team.

At this point, the company has entered a stage of rapid development. The orders for new Chinese style products continued to rise, and insufficient production became the biggest problem at that time.

So the burden of solving this problem falls on me, although I have doubts and confusions in my heart, I still move forward without hesitation. After nearly two months of effort, the improved new Chinese style series products have been successfully distributed to the production system and have produced remarkable results: the production speed has been greatly improved.

At this moment, I am both physically and mentally exhausted. Someone says, "Why are you working so hard? How much money can the company earn be divided among you

Feeling extremely depressed, I turned to my seniors for heart to heart talks. The predecessors said that the company's business philosophy is that hard work will eventually pay off, and your efforts will not be wasted. There will definitely be results.

And it has been proven that my achievements have not been buried. The honors and awards I have received are my best answer to you all!

Someone once asked me what struggle is for, and I have been thinking about this question. What is the purpose of struggle?

I have thought for a long time and summarized it as follows: Struggle may not bring us immediate success, but the process of struggle is a wealth that allows us to grow without regret, fear, or forget.

As Kazuo Inamori said in "Dry Method", happiness is right in front of you when you give it your all.
