The function of PTO device of the Henan Weihua Crane is to transfer the engine power to the oil pump, and the oil pump outputs high pressure oil, which is distribute to every working device of crane through the control valve, thereby completing the actions required for the lifting operation.
1.Connecting operation of the PTO device.
(1)Neutral pulling force
After parking, put the shift lever in neutral and tighten the parking brake handle. At this time, the engine is idling, step on the clutch and press the power switch to turn on the PTO device. At this time, the indicator light is on and the clutch is engaged.
(2) Gear pulling force
After parking, put the shift lever in neutral and tighten the parking brake handle. At this time, the engine is idling, step on the clutch and press the power switch to turn on the PTO device. At this time, the indicator light is on and the appropriate gear is engaged in the transmission, and the clutch is engaged.
2.Disconnecting operation of the PTO device
(1)Step on the clutch pedal to the bottom and disengage the clutch completely.
(2)Press the PTO device switch and disconnect the PTO device.
(3)The gearbox control handling is returned to neutral.
(4)Release the clutch pedal slowly.
(5)Stop engine operation.
(6)Disconnect the power switch, at this time, the crane is in a non-working state.
