For Weihua crane, especially gantry crane, the most we often contact is hook, because all cranes cannot leave the installation of hook, therefore, on the frequency of use, the safety performance of hook play a decisive role in crane.
1.the hook shall not be repaired welding.
2.No hooks shall not be cracked.
3.the torsional deformation of hook shall not exceed 10 degrees.
4.The hook should be equipped with safety devices to prevent decoupling.
5.When the opening degree is 15% higher than the original size, it should be scrapped.
6.The dangerous cross section or the neck of hook shall not produce plastic deformation.
7.the wear of dangerous cross section up to 10% of original thickness should be scrapped.
8.The wear situation of bush, pin, holes, earrings and other fastener in clip hook should be checked and the surface shall not be cracked and shaped. When the wear of bush exceeds 50% of the original thickness, and it should be changed. When the wear of pin exceeds 3% to 5% of nominal diameter, it should be scrapped.
