Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant, located in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, the starting point of the “Belt and Road” centerline, was praised by President Xi Jinping as “China-Russia Nuclear Energy Cooperation Model Project”. It is the largest technical and economic cooperation project between the two countries and it is also One of the key nuclear power construction projects planned to start. Since the commercial operation of Units 1 and 2 in the first phase of the project in 2007, the Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant has accumulated more than 160 billion kWh of safe power generation, which can be used by 100 million Chinese households for one year.
With the continuous construction of the tianwan nuclear power station phase ii and iii, weihua hoisting is frequently on the site. Recently, the high-span 80/20t crane is in place in the AC plant of unit 6 of tianwan nuclear power plant contracted by weihua, and the tianwan nuclear power plant will be commissioned again soon.
At 5:30 PM on March 28, with the instruction of lifting command to drop the hook, the high-span 80/20t crane hoisting in the AC workshop of unit 5 and 6 of tianwan nuclear power station (radioactive machine repair workshop) was put in place, which created conditions for the high-span roof sealing and main pump assembly platform installation of the follow-up AC workshop.
At present, it is in the stage of 6th ring crane, rail-bearing beam, dome floor assembly and internal installation. The construction of the general plane site is under great pressure. If the AC plant is assembled at the same time, it will affect the assembly work of the 1350T crawler crane Hanging.
Facing the difficulties of the site, the engineering company Tianwan project department made full use of the time difference and interspersed the work, and completed the lifting work of the high-span factory before the lifting of the ring-supporting rail beam. At the same time, under the premise of meeting the construction schedule of civil engineering, the low-span vehicle assembly is arranged to be carried out after the hoisting of the bearing rail beam, and the work can be completed safely and efficiently with quality and quantity guaranteed.
