Internet+ in Construction and Machinery Enterprises
At half past ten o’clock of 17th December, the Second World Wide Web Conference was host in Wuzhen, in which 258 enterprises took part in. This conference has become the highest-grade and largest-scale Internet Conference which is ever held by China government.
As estimated, there has been 670 million netizen in China. In the conference, Xi Jinping China’s chairman delivered a speech that the government will make efforts to develop the Internet infrastructure and Web innovative economy. Xi also present five points to pinpoint the Internet development direction, including infrastructure including the country, innovative economy including shared-economy, trans-ocean e-business, trans-investment and others, Internet orders and rules and so on.
First, promote the world-wide Internet infrastructure and the web connection. The essence of Internet lies in co-connection and information in co-communication. Only by strengthing the Internet information infrastructure, building a smooth information road, narrowing the gap between different groups, countries and regions, will we make the information resource flow more fluently. Now China is practicing the Broadband China strategy, aiming at the goal to build all broadband website across all countries in China, and let more people get access to Internet. China government will welcome all groups and parties to joint in this team to investment more money and provide technological support, which will promote the world web infrastructure and brings more opportunities to the developing countries and peoples.
Second, build a Internet platform to share culture and communication. Culture is colorful for exchange, civilization is rich for learning. Internet is an important way to transmit human good spirit and promote positive energy. China will happy to build an international communication channel by Internet, promote world good culture to exchange and communicate, make people around the world share emotional feelings more easily. China government will be glad to invite all countries to make full use of Internet platform advantages, which will make all foreigners know more about Chinese good culture, meanwhile make Chinese know more about foreign culture more easily, promote the Internet civilization develop, enrich people’s mind, and promote human civilization advance.
Third, promote e-commerce innovative development and common prosperous. Nowadays, world economy resurgence walks difficult and China economy also faces economy-downtown pressure. In order to solve all these problems, people should persist in the strategy that innovation leads to development and promotion leads to development. China government now is implementing a Internet+ project, aiming at the goal that promote Digital China construction, develop shared economy, support Internet-based innovation, and raise economy development quality and achievement. China’s Internet prosperous development offers more opportunities to all enterprises and starters. China will be open to the wold forever and persist in the strategy to use foreign investment, provide perfect service to foreign-invested enterprises in China. We will welcome all foreign enterprises and starters to invest in China if they obey China’s law. We will be happy to cooperate with other countries, such as developing trans-ocean e-commerce and building information and economy demonstration plot, to promote world-wide investment and trade development and promote the world digital economy development.

We must avoid the unilateralism. All countries should strengthen communication, implement Internet space negotiation mechanism, institute rules for world wide Internet, so as to make world Internet rules more fair and reasonable, balance more countries and parties wills.
